Team BZ is proud to congratulate Dr. Mark Janczewski, Senior Clinical Informaticist at BookZurman, on his upcoming induction as one of the 2021 Fellows of AMIA (FAMIA).
The FAMIA Applied Informatics Recognition Program recognizes members who apply informatics skills and knowledge within their professional setting, who have demonstrated professional achievement and leadership, and who have a sustained commitment to the betterment of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA).
Dr. Janczewski, Colonel, USAF (Ret.), MD, MPH, has over 35 years of experience in healthcare and health IT. During his years of active duty, he became the first Air Force Chief of Telemedicine and Advanced Informatics and the first Chief of Telehealth at the DoD. Since retiring from active service, Dr. Janczewski has worked as a Senior Clinical Informaticist, consulting on numerous government projects. As part of Team BZ, Dr. Janczewski provides invaluable clinical informatics expertise to our clients in the federal health IT space.
